The double air valve is composed of two separate valves, each with a specific purpose:

The first valve is called the inlet valve. It controls the amount of air entering the pipe. By adjusting the opening of this valve, the flow rate of air can be controlled.

The second valve is called the outlet valve. It is responsible for releasing excess air from the pipe. When the pressure in the pipeline exceeds a certain limit, this valve opens to release the excess air, a feature that ensures the safety and reliability of the piping.

Double air valves are commonly used in pneumatic systems such as air compressors and HVAC systems. The size is DN50-DN200, the working pressure is PN10/16, the valve body and bonnet are made of cast iron or ductile iron, and the floating ball is made of stainless steel.

1.Evacuation of air at a high flow rate when pipes are being filled;

2.ntake of air a a high fow rate when pipelines are being drained(protecion ofthe network againsta pressure dop in the pioelines in the case ofa main being broken);

3.Degassing at a low flow rate when in operation.
