Customized Ductile Iron Flanged Pipe Solution

To meet the specific requirements of the project, we designed and manufactured custom-length ductile iron double flanged pipes based on detailed engineering drawings.

Key Specifications:

Material: Ductile Iron Grade 450-12

Pressure Rating: PN10

Internal Coating: WRAS-approved Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Coating

Sealing Ring: EPDM (suitable for potable water)

These specially customized pipes are embedded within wall structures, with flanges on both ends enabling strong and leak-proof connections to the existing ductile iron pipeline system.

This design ensures long-term durability, structural stability, and optimal performance in rural water supply environments.
