Project application products: cast steel knife gate valve, diameter: DN150, material: WCB valve body + SS304 valve plate, pressure: PN1.6MPa, maximum operating temperature: 200°C.

We are pleased to announce that we have recently delivered 50 sets of knife gate valves to a civil sewage system project in Russia. These valves will be used in the municipal sewage system for wastewater treatment switch control with mud, dirt and suspended solids.

The working pressure of the cast steel WCB wafer-type knife gate valve is 1.6MPa. The gate plate has a shearing function. When the valve plate is raised or lowered, the adhesive on the sealing surface can be scraped off, thus automatically removing debris. The 304 stainless steel gate selected by the customer can effectively prevent seal leakage caused by metal corrosion.

FLUIDO made technical selection and product quotation according to the project requirements. Contract signing, production and delivery, and the final cooperation was successfully completed.
