Product Details
Ball valves are used as shut-off valve in piping systems. One piece ball valves have a simple design, consisting of a single valve body. Their working principle involves rotating a ball with a central orifice. When the orifice aligns with the pipe, the valve is fully open; a 90-degree rotation closes it completely. This quarter-turn operation allows for quick and convenient flow control.

Standard Test
Seat ring test: The test was conducted using water at 1.1 times the working pressure.
Functional/Operational Testing: During the final inspection, each valve and its actuator (flow control lever/gear/pneumatic actuator) will undergo a comprehensive operational test (opening/closing). This test is conducted under no-pressure and ambient temperature conditions to ensure proper functioning of the valve/actuator assembly, as well as accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switches, and air filter regulators.
Special Testing: Additional tests can be performed based on specific instructions provided by the client.
