    Product Details

    Slide gate valves are designed to provide an efficient method for controlling the flow. The rectangular blade (gate) inside the valve body is made of thick metal plate and can move horizontally within the valve body. It can completely cut off the flow of the medium or remain in a preset open position to control the flow rate. When the blade is in the open position, powders, granules, flakes, or pellets of bulk material can pass freely through the spool valve. When the blade is in the closed position, it acts as a shut-off valve, completely blocking material flow through a good seal. Furthermore, the spool blade can be adjusted to any position to maintain the desired flow rate.

    Use and Advantage
    Equipped with a handwheel, the valve can be directly opened and closed by hand. The valve's sealing structure can be divided into soft seal and hard seal structures. The sealing seat adopts a movable structure design, featuring wear resistance and automatic compensation functions, excellent workmanship, compact structure, and longer service life. During the opening and closing of the gate valve, the valve seat and gate plate remain in close contact, ensuring stable opening and closing forces and providing media shut-off characteristics.
    Widely used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, food and other industries, the manual spiral gate valve has a diameter matched to the discharge port; available in square and round styles.
