Product Details

The DIN bellows seal globe valve is suitable for shut-off and flow control applications in pipeline systems across a wide range of industries, including flue gas desulfurization plants, gas supply pipelines, vacuum systems, ammonia facilities, hot water systems, cooling and refrigeration systems, heating installations, steam systems, as well as the chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power generation industries.

The nominal pressure range is from 1.0 MPa to 16.0 MPa, and the maximum working temperature can reach up to 350°C.

Main Structural features

1. This product has logical structure, reliable seal, excellent performance and nice design.

2. The seal surface is overlay welded with hard chrome ally material which is attrition resistant, corrosion resistant, has good friction resistant and long life.

3. The stem is quenched and tempered, and its surface is treated by nitriding treatment, thus it has good corrosion resistant and friction resistant.

4. It has double seal capability, thus is more reliable for zero leakage warranty.

5. The stem show the position indicator, thus it is clearer.
