Double flanged butterfly valve with an EPDM liner, offering a long life with low maintenance. Manually operated with a gearbox and handwheel as standard but can also be supplied with a electric or pneumatic actuator.

Standard Tests
Body Hydrostatic Test: Tested at 1.5 times the working pressure with water after valve assembly and disc in half-open position.
Seat Test: Tested at 1.1 times the working pressure with water to ensure zero leakage.
Function / Operation Test: Each valve and actuator (lever, gear, or pneumatic) undergoes a full open/close operation test at ambient temperature without pressure.
Special Tests: Additional tests can be carried out upon customer request according to specific project requirements.
