Product Details

Inside the valve body, a perforated ball with multiple channels aligns with specific ports depending on the rotation of the handle or actuator.

There are three types of three-way ball valves: T-type, L-type and Y-type.
1. T-type and Y-type three-way ball valves can make three orthogonal pipelines connected to each other and cut off the third channel, which can play the role of diversion and merging.
2. L-type three-way ball valves can only be connected to two pipelines that are orthogonal to each other, and can't keep the third pipeline connected to each other at the same time, but only to play the role of distribution. Three-way ball valves can be threaded or flanged. Our 3 way flanged ball valves are most the panel mount 3 way ball valves with ISO5211 mounting pad, which can be easily equipped with pneumatic or electric actuators for your remote control applications.

Standard Test

Body Test: 1.5 times the working pressure with water. This test is performed after valve assembly and with disc in half position open, it is called as a body hydro test.

Seat Test: 1.1 times the working pressure with water.

Function / Operation Test: At the time of final inspection, each valve and its actuator (Flow-Control Lever / Gear / Pneumatic Actuator), under goes a complete operating test (Open/Close).

This test carried out without pressure and at ambient temperature. It ensures the correct operation of the valve / actuator assembly with accessories such as solenoid valve, limit switches, air filter regulator etc.

Special Test: On request, any other test can be carried out according to special instruction by client.
