Piston Type Lift Check Valve Carbon Steel / Cast Iron
Product Details
A lift check valve is a type of non-return valve designed to allow fluid flow in one direction only. Its primary components consist of a valve body, a disc (or piston) that seals closely against a seat, and a guiding mechanism (such as a stem or cage) that directs the disc's vertical movement.
When fluid flows in the forward direction, pressure lifts the disc upward, opening a passage for flow. Once the flow ceases or reverses, the disc returns to its seat—aided by gravity or spring force—forming a secure seal that prevents backflow.
